Terms and Conditions of the Esteticosmetics Online Store
I. General Provisions
These terms and conditions define the rules for using the online store operated by Yakamoz Katarzyna Bronicka, located at Honoraty 62, 43-100 Tychy, Poland, VAT ID: 6342908160, email: info@esteticosmetics.eu, phone: +48 698048190.
These terms are an integral part of the sales agreement concluded with the Customer.
Placing an order in the store requires the Customer’s acceptance of these terms and conditions.
II. Definitions
Seller – Yakamoz Katarzyna Bronicka.
Customer – any individual, legal entity, or organizational unit making purchases in the online store.
Store – the online store operated by the Seller at www.esteticosmetics.eu
Goods – cosmetic products offered in the store.
Order – a declaration of the Customer's intent to conclude a remote sales agreement via the store, specifying the type and quantity of goods.
III. Placing Orders
- Orders can be placed through the store’s website 24/7.
- The Customer places an order by selecting the appropriate goods, adding them to the cart, and filling out the order form.
- Sending an order by the Customer constitutes an offer to conclude a sales agreement.
- After placing the order, the Customer will receive an email confirmation of the order's receipt.
IV. Prices and Payment Methods
All product prices displayed on the store’s website include VAT.
Prices do not include delivery costs, which are specified during the order process.
The Customer may choose the following payment methods:
- bank transfer to the Seller’s account,
- credit or debit card payment,
V. Order Fulfillment and Delivery
- Order fulfillment begins after the payment is credited to the Seller's account, except for orders paid on delivery.
- The order processing time is 1 to 3 business days.
- Delivery is made to the address provided by the Customer in the order form.
- Delivery costs depend on the chosen delivery method and are specified in the order form.
VI. Right of Withdrawal
- The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without providing a reason.
- To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform the Seller of their decision via a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by mail or email).
- The Customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.
- The goods should be returned in their original, undamaged packaging, without any signs of use.
VII. Complaints
- The Seller is obligated to provide defect-free goods.
- If a defect is found in the goods, the Customer has the right to file a complaint.
- Complaints can be submitted via email to info@esteticosmetics.eu or by post to the Seller's registered address.
- Complaints are processed within 14 days of receipt.
VIII. Personal Data Protection
The administrator of the Customers' personal data is Yakamoz Katarzyna Bronicka.
Personal data is processed solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders and in accordance with applicable laws.
The Customer has the right to access their data, correct it, and request its deletion.
IX. Final Provisions
- In matters not covered by these terms, the provisions of the Civil Code and other applicable laws shall apply.
- The Seller reserves the right to amend these terms for valid reasons. Amendments will apply from the date of their publication on the store’s website.
- Any disputes arising from agreements between the Seller and the Customer will be resolved by the competent common courts.
