Gouri

is a Korean formulation based on polycaprolactone with anti-wrinkle and smoothing effect. PCL has found many biomedical applications, thanks to its gradual, slow decay due to the hydrolysis of ester bonds, which lasts about 2 years. It is used to produce implants and absorbable surgical strands. Gouri stimulates fibroblasts to increased neocollagenesis providing lifting, improving tension and elasticity of the skin. In addition, the integration of the preparation with the extracellular matrix makes it virtually imperceptible, which allows to obtain a natural-looking effect of the procedure – both at rest and during the mimicry (when speaking, laughing or crying). The administration of polycaprolactone requires absolute deep administration and extra-polar massage.
