Cosmedix Purity Clean Exfoliating Cleanser is a gel with acids for daily facial cleaning. Recommended for the care of fatty, mixed, acne, problematic skin and with the presence of discoloration. Its main ingredient is 5% lactic acid. How does it work? It removes dead cells of the epidermis, along with minor scars, discolorations, and any inequality. It unifies the color of the skin and gives it shine. Its moisturizing and soothing properties are also invaluable. Gel contains tea tree oil which acts disinfecting and antibacterial. It normalises sebaceous glands and limits the tendency to appear from acne lesions. Lavender reduces inflammation and aloe complements normal hydration levels. Thanks to this, your skin will become smooth and free from imperfection, without violating its protective barriers.

Active ingredients:
L-lactic acid (5%) - Keratolytic, softens and moisturizes the skin, allows better penetration of applied products.
