Ellansé MTM
is a product in the family of biostimulants or substances that stimulate the synthesis of our own collagen. It owes its properties to a composition consisting of a carboxymethylcellulose of 70% of the preparation, and evenly suspended particles of polycaprolactone (30%). Carboxymethylcellulose, says for the effect of tissue filling visible immediately after surgery. A medical polymer, polycaprolactone with a smooth molecule of > 20 μm, is encapsulated after administration into the skin. A skeleton is formed for a grid consisting of high-quality collagen type I that improves skin density. As a result of these processes, Ellanse is a procedure not only filling but also restoring the density and firmness of the skin. The complete integration of the preparation with the extracellular matrix makes it virtually imperceptible, which allows to obtain a natural-looking effect of the procedure – both at rest and during the mimic. Ellanse is safe and completely biodegradable, and no allergic reactions or granulomas are observed after administration. Immediately after administration with a needle or cannula we get the filling effect. A partial atrophy of the volume obtained after approximately one month is observed, resulting in degradation of the carboxymethyl cellulose solution contained in the preparation. In the following months, collagen is gradually synthesized, making the face not only recovers the lost volume, but also improves skin quality.
