METHOD OF USE:
To use Mystikol Powered Eyeliner, gently wet the brush and then gently soak it in powder. Then apply eyeliner to the eyelash line, starting with the inner corner of the eye and leading to the outer corner. You can adjust the line thickness by controlling the pressure on the brush. The powder formula can also be rubbed with your finger or brush for a blur effect or smokey eyes.
