METHOD OF APPLICATION :

Apply an even layer of creamy mud to the cleansed skin of the face and/or body, bypassing the area around the eyes and mouth. Leave on the skin for about 10-15 minutes, then massage gently quibbling movements to stimulate microcirculation. Wash thoroughly with hot water. You can use the mask 1-2 times a week or as needed.
