Nucleophyll Strong

is a product for biorevitalizing and regeneration treatments. The polynucleotides contained in the preparation are based on a lifting, antioxidant and moisturizing action which are based on three mechanisms:

• Stimulation of receptors on fibroblasts - the process activates synthesis on type I collagen and elastin for skin thickening and lifting effect; in addition, the process of transforming fibroblasts into miofibroblasts is induced.
• Fight against oxidative stress - active metabolites bind free radicals into the aromatic rings acting antioxidantly.
• Tissue hydration - active polynucleotides bind water and provide long-term iso-osmotic hydration of the extracellular matrix, making the skin moisturised and firm.

What is Nucleophyll Strong?

Nucleophyll Strong is a sterile, flexible, absorbable preparation in gel containing polymerized polynucleotides. It is used for the regeneration and bio restructuring of skin based on lifting, antioxidant and skin hydration.

How does the Nucleophyll Strong tissue stimulant work?

The action of polynucleotides in Nucleophyll Strong is intended to:

The skin after treatment with Nucleophyll Strong is introduced into the biostimulation process and begins to regenerate, thickens and firms. Antioxidative and moisturizing effects make the skin color better and small wrinkles are shallow.

Who's the Nucleophyll Strong procedure?

Treatment with Nucleophyll Strong can be performed regardless of age or skin type.
It is intended especially for people whose skin needs hydration, has lost flexibility and shows signs of aging. The product is safe and biocompatible. It does not contain a substance with sensitising potential. It occurs in the form of a transparent, sterile gel that does not permanently alter facial features.

When do you see effects after Nucleophyll Strong?

The first results will be noticed 4 weeks after the procedure and will change with passing time and subsequent treatments.
In order to achieve the best results, best perform a series of 3-4 treatments every 2-4 weeks.

After the series, it is recommended to do a so-called ‘reminiscent’ procedure that sustains the effects of the treatment – it is performed every 6 months.

In the case of biostimulation treatments, results increase over time as further treatments are performed. This is associated with systematic reconstruction and regeneration of the skin. The substances in Nucleophyll Stong give the skin a signal to start the process of cellular regeneration.

Conduct of Nucleophyll Strong surgery - what does it look like?

Nucleofilla treatment is carried out using a needle. It doesn't require anesthesia. The product is given at specially designated bioesthetic points on the face - in the middle and lower part (5 puncture on one side of the face). These points are safe due to the unlikely occurrence of blood vessels and nerves here. After the procedure, there are no visible signs that would prevent returning to everyday life.

How is Nucleophyll Strong different from Nucleophyll Medium?

Nucleophyll Strong and Nucleophyll Medium differ in concentration, pH and viscosity of polymerized polynucleotides contained in the pre-filled syringe.
Nucleophyll Strong contains concentrations of polynucleotide 25 mg/ml, pH between 6.8 -7.5, viscosity 48-65 PA*S.
Nucleophyll Medium contains a concentration of polynucleotide 20 mg/ml, pH between 6.8 -7.2, viscosity 28-43 PA*S.
Depending on the indication to be used, the appropriate concentration should be chosen.

How long does the effect of the Nucleophyll procedure last?

The effect after performing the Nucleofilla treatment series remains dependent on individual patient predispositions - from a dozen to several dozen months.

Nucleophyll Strong is recommended by BAP (5 points) or by individually choosing the method depending on the defect on which we want to focus. Please note that intradermal administration is recommended.
