One pull and your eyelashes will be like a commercial! This base will add extra length and volume to your eyelashes and lift them in one pull. Panthenol and sunflower oil nourish the eyelashes and increase their elasticity. The base is perfectly compatible with our Fully Charged ink.

ASSETS
Sunflower seed oil - is a very rich source of vitamin E, moisturizes and softens the eyelashes.
Panthenol - helps maintain adequate hydration, nourishes and strengthens eyelashes
APPLICATION
Start by placing the toothbrush at the root of the eyelashes, then hold for a few seconds. Apply one layer of the base, wait until it becomes transparent on the eyelashes and then apply Fully Charged ink.
