Plumyal Mesoline Shine 5ml (formerly Mesoline Shine) is a combination of bleaching substances and antioxidants that give the effect of lightening and rejuvenation of the skin.
Pluryal Mesoline Shine is exceptionally effective thanks to the content of:
- Safe and well tolerated tyrosinase inhibitors (catalysing enzyme first stage of melanin synthesis). Blockage of this enzyme reduces the production of melanin in the skin
- A substance that stimulates the exfoliation of the stratum of the horn of the epidermis resulting in lightening of the skin and allows penetration of active ingredients, including other bleaching compounds
- Antioxidants neutralising free radicals and protecting the skin against UVA and UVB radiation, playing an important role in the process of delaying skin aging
- Collagen synthesis stimulants in the skin with energy and regeneration properties used to treat skin ageing
Indications
- treatment of pigmentation problems (point discoloration, melasma, freckles, solar lesions, old age spots)
- Revitalization of the skin (skin grey, without lustre)
- Inhibition of melanin production in the skin
Composition
- Ascorbic acid: Lightening of the skin and the strength of antioxidant. It acts at various stages of melanogenesis, combining with copper ions (direct activating agents of tyrosinase) inhibits the oxidation of dopaquinone and DHICA (a 5-6 dihydroxyindole-2-carboxylic acid). Known for its antioxidant properties and the stimulation of collagen synthesis, it has a high protection against UVai UVB rays.
- Coic acid: Safe and effective skin lightener. It inhibits the edible catalytic activity (catechol oxidase) of tyrosinase - the most important enzyme of the melanin synthesis pathway. The studies confirmed its efficacy in the treatment of hyperpigmentation, and in particular melasma.
- Phytic acid: Brightening - antioxidant and anti-inflammatory. It reduces the activity of tyrosine, the enzyme responsible for melanin synthesis. It also exhibits antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties essential for maintaining healthy skin.
- Sodium pyruvate: Clearing agent and antibacterial. It is an alpha keto acid (AKA) having keratolytic, antibacterial and sebostatic effects. It stimulates the synthesis of collagen fibres and elastin. Clinical studies have shown its efficacy in the treatment of skin and melasma photodamages.
- Morus Alba (white mulberry): Antioxidative properties of white mulberry. White mulberry extract is an inhibitor of the activity of tyrosinase inhibiting the conversion of DOPA to DOPAchrome by melanogenesis (in vitro studies). Thanks to its high antioxidant potential, it inhibits free radicals contributing to the protection against autooxidation.
