Protocol:

1. Attach the multiapadpter needle to the holder and withdraw 2 orange 10ml samples of the patient's blood.
2. Shake the samples to combine the anticoagulant with blood.
3. Set the samples in counterweight in the centrifuge and set the spin to 2300 RPM x 4 min.
4. pierce the tube cap with a needle to release the vacuum inside the sampler.
5. Attach the 18Gx90mm needle to the syringe 5 ml and withdraw the resulting plasma. Then put them in a blue sampler.
6. Repeat procedure with 2 samples.
7. Mix plasma into a blue sampler.
8. Take the resulting plasma up to 1 ml of the syringe and replace the needle with 30Gx13mm and perform the procedure.
