Teosyal® PureSense Redensity I

is a sterile, transparent, apirogenic, viscoelastic gel based on non-animal hyaluronic acid containing 0.3% lidocaine hydrochloride. Each pack contains one syringe filled with Teosyal® PureSense Redensity I. Two sterile 30G1/2 needles are attached to each syringe and two identification stickers (one should be given to the patient and the other to the patient’s medical card). The volume of each syringe is shown on the pack and on each syringe.

Composition:

• Hyaluronic acid: 15 mg
• Lidocaine hydrochloride: 3 mg
• Additional phosphate buffer pH 7.3 .... q.s.p. 1 ml

Indications:

The therapeutic objectives of Teosyal® products are:

• volume restoration,
• filling holes and wrinkles,
• restoring adequate skin hydration
• reconstructive surgery: filling holes caused by scars, restoring the volume lost due to lipoatrophy.

The product is recommended to improve the appearance of wrinkles and to rehydrate the skin of the face, neck and cleavage.

Lidocaine is a topical anesthetic designed to reduce pain.

Action:

Hyaluronic acid is the main component of the primary tissue. Its construction in the form of a molecular sponge with a spiral structure allows to keep water a thousand times its mass. It is distributed throughout the skin tissue and moisturizes the skin, but its amount decreases with age. The skin becomes thin and fragile and cracks appear on it. Teosyal® PureSense Redensity I is a hyaluronic acid-based gel injected intradermally. Thanks to the considerable fluidity and viscoelastic properties of Teosyal® PureSense Redensity I is distributed evenly in the skin tissue, allowing to maintain hydration and strengthen the skin. Teosyal® PureSense Redensity I undergoes biological decay and slowly absorbs. In order to achieve a satisfactory level of hydration, it is necessary to repeat the procedure every once in a while.
