Method of use:

1. Take blood from the vein into the PRP samples. Mix each sample tube at least 8 times so that the blood mixes thoroughly with an anticoagulant.
2. Clean and disinfect the treatment area thoroughly.
3. Insert PRP samples into the centrifuge, set the time of 8 minutes and speed of 2300 RPM.
4. After centrifugation of PRP probes, low-plate plasma (PPP) is 2/3 of the upper part, 1/3 of the middle layer is rich plate plasma (PRP) in which tiles are suspended, the lower part is erythrocytes.
5. Place the 21G x 40mm needle in the side of the PRP sampler stopper to remove the vacuum, then place the 20G x 70mm needle vertically in the centre of the stopper with the 5ml syringe. The final part of the needle should be at the border of the "pox". Performing circular vortex motion to download "pox" and plasma. Unscrew the needle and secure the syringe with the Combi Stopper closure cone. Repeat with the second sample.
6. To ensure an even distribution of platelets for approximately 30-60 seconds, mix the material in the syringe gently turning it up and down.
7. Remove Combi Stopper from the syringe and connect to the 30G x 4mm or 30G x 13mm needle.
8. Put plasma in the indicated areas. Since centrifugation, plasma should be administered within a maximum of 20 minutes.
